For example, if there is a discussion on anything, the people should try to ask what they are thinking on the matter.
3. Insight on matters regarding any crisis only comes at the most inopportune time. For doing this, it is best to turn the brain off and relax oneself. Unless, one is able to reach a point where they are not thinking about the matter will the most important answer come right lunging up from the memory as if it is long forgotten.
