Many people fall in the journey of self employment to be later disillusioned by the extent of time and energy required in the endeavor for making a success of the effort. You need to make use of your resources and learn as much as possible by considering your organizational skills as these will help you out in the long run. If you do not have these skills, you will be vulnerable to competitors who have them as it will pave the way for their success. - Overwhelming goals: you had considered this option and there are a lot of things to do to make it work for you. Do not think that you can go away with a business plan because you are not an MBA.
- Lack of funds: there are a few dollars you have and you will see how far you can go with that. You will be ready to do what you can to get things going, as an endeavor cannot be possibly expensive.
It helps if you happen to hail from a business background. The survival however depends on how much you know. If you wrap a gift badly, you can redo it. This is not the case by making a bad business decision.
