One of the difficult teachings to learn in life that indeed changed my life was the significance of asking a help. As I played the role of a strategist regarding career, I had to work generally with the middle to senior level people from all over the world on the changes made in the career, about starting a new business and identifying and creating profession that is considered to be perfect from both inside and outside part. Individuals who feel comfortable in asking for help- no matter from a therapist, a mentor, a therapist, a business partner experiences greater success and also feel more confident at home as well as in their profession.
To have a support system means to have a large impact on how one experiences day to day problems in life. It is shown by several researches that people who have robust system are considered to be more effective at their working field as well as home. They have thinking that are a team behind their life and that they are not alone in life. Most of the individuals who have a smart system keep resolutions, mainly those involving their physical well being and health. For these people challenges that come in their profession world can be handled in an easy manner.
These people feel less inundated and discover it easier in maintaining perspectives. These individuals stay healthier in all levels like mentally, emotionally and physically. They generally do not feel isolated and experiences less stressed out. During this month, I give a challenge to you to gift yourself a support. Keep aside thirty minutes for exercise which will help in building a strong network of personal support. Once you have built it, you can share it with a family member or friend and take action accordingly.
For this, there are certain instructions that you must follow. The first thing that you should do is to draw a circle and think placing yourself in the middle of the circle. The next thing that you should do is to divide the circle into four main parts named as work, family, household and self. Make your network of personal support system by filling in these four parts according to your needs. When making the support system, you should keep few things in mind like the support system that you have for yourself will undergo changes that depends on your life, your demands etc.
