Have you ever thought that what will you get if the real estate buildings in the United States Of America collides due to the downsizing of the corporates of America? The answer is a large vacant space. Now is the time when those empty buildings have to be put back to work. This is the main aim of the new iPhone application known as Liquid Space. The launch was held in San Francisco during the spring after a debut held at a conference in Austin.
This particular application is designed for helping the workers to find a place where they can plug in the application and work in an effective manner on a temporary basis. This is much effective than working by plugging in the back portion of the cab or in the narrow space found between the airline passengers. Using the application named as Liquid Space, individuals can find the available spaces where they can work easily. This is helping the individuals as they offer help by providing a right location at right point of time. The spaces found on the application are termed as “Private”, “Public” and “Priced.”
The owners of the building do not just allow anyone to get inside the door with the knowledge of using the iPhone application. They offer virtual visas that will allow them in controlling the person who gets an access. With this they will also know that whether they are going to return or not. The concept of Application, Liquid Space was tested at SXSW by joining with a supplier of small business furniture, Turnstone for setting up temporary spaces for work around the town with a large number of attendees. The senior director of marketing for the consumer intelligence organization, Motista named as Paula Cavagnaro and the associate director of the nonprofit ‘We Own TV used some of the spaces of SXSW.
She said that she could post some of her blogs, approve some of the creative things in the process, check her team placed in San Francisco, can have a meeting in the public place that had been set up. She feels that it is one of the perfect ways by which one can get connected. The co founder of Liquid Space Mark Gilbreath began the effort after seeing the trend towards the work force mobilization which runs parallel to the implosion of the real estate that resulted in leaving large office space empty.
